During my experience with Reggio Children Foundation, I was able to offer agile, quick and effective work, returning a series of images of their staff that communicate professionalism and authenticity, and offering different versions to leave room for each person to self-represent themselves. A corporate shooting service suited to address unforeseen client needs, turning a difficulty into a great opportunity. My mission was to go beyond simply shooting portraits and to be able to produce them very quickly during an important ongoing event. I wanted to create portraits as visual tools that each staff member could use to stand out and reinforce the sense of belonging that distinguishes this wonderful company.

The corporate portraits were taken Nov. 16 and 17 in conjunction with the launch of the P.E.R. PlayExploreResearch project involving the Reggio Children’s Foundation and The Lego Foundation. (In the presence of Mitchel Resnick, LEGO Papert Professor of Learning Research at the Media Lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Boston, director of the Lifelong Kindergarten research team)
